BSL Group Modern Slavery Statement for the Financial Year Ending 31 December 2024
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that BSL takes to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not occurring in its business or supply chains.
BSL provides human resource, training, and procurement outsourcing solutions, with operations in Qatar, the UK, Oman and Turkey. We support a broad range of sectors, partnering with clients to enhance their operations through effective HR, comprehensive training programmes, and efficient procurement strategies.
BSL is committed to acting ethically and transparently in its business dealings and to ensuring that it is not complicit in modern slavery or human trafficking in its organisation or supply chains. We recognise that certain areas of our industry can be vulnerable to exploitation and we take proactive steps to safeguard against this risk.

We conduct risk assessments and due diligence on suppliers and business partners to ensure compliance with anti-slavery standards, to include site and accommodation visits for higher risk suppliers.
We provide support and resources employees involved in recruitment and procurement in particular to help employees understand how to recognise potential indicators of modern slavery and how to take appropriate action if they encounter any concerns.
BSL is committed to assessing the effectiveness of our anti-slavery practices on an ongoing basis. We review our modern slavery policies and due diligence processes annually.
